We use this dehumidifier to remove moisture from the air at our cabin on the Oregon coast, where high humidity often causes mildew to appear on items such as clothing. Received my EdenDirect 250 Pint Commercial Dehumidifier today and was very impressed with the packaging of the unit, which was in mint condition. Assembly was very simple and took less than 5 minutes, the only thing required was the heavy duty cushioned handle, which did not require any tools. The unit is very solidly constructed and although it is heavy, it is very easy and convenient to maneuver with its large semi-pneumatic tires. The included 6 foot silicone hose allows me to connect it to a utility bucket, which eliminates the need to manually empty the dehumidifier bucket, which is a really great feature! This dehumidifier is able to treat an area of ​​8000 square feet, which is impressive.
