This air conditioner's 12,000 BTU cooling capacity can cool down a room up to 400 square feet. It allows you to adjust the temperature between 60¡ãF and 86¡ãF to enjoy a comfortable environment. The fan speed can also be adjusted in cooling mode. In dry mode, water will collect inside the unit and must be drained by pulling the plug from the bottom on the back of the unit. If the water tank is full, "FL" will appear on the display to indicate that it needs to be drained. The unit will maintain a low fan speed and maintain a temperature of 62¡ãF. In sleep mode, the fan speed automatically goes to low speed and the temperature increases by 2¡ãF every two hours based on the set temperature, so the noise does not exceed 52 dB.
